Discover Your Game Plan is a coaching program designed to help students navigate through the challenges throughout Year 9-12.
The 10-session program focuses on coaching students how to design their own Learning System which is central to academic success and positive wellbeing.
Students will be assigned their own personalised coach who will introduce and implement a range of sustainable behaviours that will create positive long-term habits.

Develop Effective Study Routines
Students find comfort, safety and a sense of purpose in the predictability of daily routines. Having structure and routine correlates with improved motivation and productivity, lower stress levels, as well as improved mental health and general wellbeing. With a personalised focus, students will learn how to develop routines based on their strengths.

Master Assessment Preparation
Secondary Education places a huge emphasis on timed assessments and examinations. Students consistently stress about these assessments and are often unaware of how to scaffold their preparation to achieve their optimal performance. During this program, students will learn how to solve the puzzle that is assessment preparation.

Take Control of your Organisation
As the demands and pressures of the final years of Secondary School ramp up, an effective organizational system become even more paramount. Students will be taught how to build their own organizational system that will hold them in good stead during the most challenging periods.

Learn how to Manage Stress & Anxiety
Students experience stress and anxiety when they become overwhelmed by the magnitude of work that they’re required to complete to achieve the goals they have set. During this program, students will learn to manage these negative emotions which is crucial to enabling them to reach their full potential.
