Game Plan 360 – Year 12 Support Service for Families
At Game Plan Coaching, we truly understand the challenges Year 12 presents - it is a unique, demanding, and often stressful year — not just for students, but also for parents and families.
In our experience students thrive both academically and emotionally, when they have a strong support network, one that includes;

🎓 A tutor (for 1-on-1 academic support),

🧠 A coach (for 1-on-1 organisational, mindset, and wellbeing support).
We also know that parents need guidance and reassurance during this journey too.
This is why we have launched Game Plan 360 – Year 12 Support Service , designed to provide complete wraparound support for our Year 12 students and their families
What's included?
Each student will receive:

1 x 90-minute 1-on-1 Coaching Session at the start of the school year from their personalised coach

Ongoing monthly check-ins and continued support fromtheir personalised coach
-
Priority access for coaching and subject tutoring throughout the year (during heavy SAC periods and the final Exam period in Oct/Nov)
Parents will also receive:
